Original packaging is intact;
The product is not a non-refundable custom or final sale item;
The plant was not damaged due to improper storage after delivery.
Refunds are granted in full if the issue was due to our fault (damaged item, wrong item sent, shipping errors).

Approval & Instructions

Return the Item
If return is required, please ship the item within 3 days of approval using a trackable shipping method.
Refund Processing
Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue your refund to the original payment method within 2 business days.
Shipping Fees: If the refund is requested for personal reasons (e.g., changed mind), original shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility;
If the refund is due to product quality or shipment issues, we will cover all shipping costs;
Keep return tracking proof until your refund is received;
