1. Where do your succulents come from?

All our succulents are sourced from certified growers within the United States, ensuring healthy, pest-free plants suitable for shipping.

2. Do you have a physical store or pickup location?

DUOROU is online only. We do not operate a physical store or offer in-person pickup.

3. How long does it take to process and receive my order?

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days

  • Shipping Time: Usually 2–5 business days 

4. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Orders over $50 qualify for free shipping. Orders under $50 are charged a $9.99 shipping fee.

5. Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the United States.

6. What payment methods do you accept? Do you take PayPal?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club.
PayPal is not accepted.

7. What is your return/refund policy?

You may return any eligible item within 15 days of delivery in its original condition. Refunds are processed within 2 business days after we receive the returned item.

8. What if my plant arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as needed.

9. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order before it is shipped. Once shipped, you’ll need to return the product before a refund is processed.

10. When is customer support available?

Our support hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Pacific Time). All inquiries will be answered within 24 hours.
